The 2nd International Conference on Electrical and Electronics and New Materials (EENM 2026) has successfully concluded as a fully‑online event. Originally planned as an on‑site conference, the organizing committee adjusted the format to virtual participation. Oral presentations and poster sessions were fully implemented, and the change exerted no negative impact on paper publication and database indexing. The detailed agenda was distributed to all registered participants via email one week ahead of the conference.
Hosted by Tianjin University of Technology, co‑organized by the School of Integrated Circuit Science and Engineering (Tianjin University of Technology) and the School of Energy and Power Engineering (Chongqing University), and supported by DeCarbon journal and multiple key laboratories and research institutes, EENM 2026 built a high‑level international academic exchange platform for scholars, engineers and postgraduate students from worldwide universities, research institutes and industrial enterprises. Participants came from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Xi’an Jiaotong University, Wuhan University, Beijing Institute of Technology, Chongqing University, Digital Grid Research Institute of China Southern Power Grid and many other institutions across China and overseas countries including Singapore, Canada, Malaysia and Italy. This virtual conference bridged theoretical research and industrial application and promoted cross‑disciplinary cooperation in electrical‑electronic engineering and advanced new materials.
